Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item, as confirmed by the tracking information.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn or unused
  • Not washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • In the same condition as received
  • With original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that since our products are print-on-demand (POD) and produced individually for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer error, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart before placing an order.

Requests that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be eligible for a return or refund.

 

3. Damages and Manufacturing Errors

If your item is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing error:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receipt at brainrot.studio22@gmail.com
  • You must provide photo evidence clearly showing the defect, damage, or error.
  • Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement (reprint and resend) or a refund, depending on the case.

Claims for items lost in transit must be reported within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Promotional items
  • Gift cards

These items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

Please contact us if you have questions about the eligibility of your specific item before making a purchase.

 

5. Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you may place a new order once the return or refund request has been approved.

 

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with EU regulations.
The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

 

7. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after verification and approval of the claim.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at brainrot.studio22@gmail.com.
  • We are unable to issue refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts different from the original transaction.
  • Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 

8. Return Shipping

  • Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our error (defective or incorrect item).
  • Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all approved returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.
  • We are not responsible for items lost during the return shipping process.
