Shipping policy

Processing Time
- All products are print-on-demand and produced individually for each order.
- Standard production time is 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may extend beyond 7 business days.
- In rare cases (unexpected high demand or supply shortages), production may extend further. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
- Orders may be routed to the nearest production facility when possible to reduce shipping time, but this is not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after your order has been produced and shipped. Times below are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or seasonal demand.

- Domestic (U.S.): ~2–5 business days
- International: ~10–30 business days

Economy Shipping (where available)
- Domestic: ~4–8 business days

Priority Shipping (where available)
- Domestic: ~2–3 business days

Express Shipping (where available)
- ~2–3 business days for eligible products (may ship separately from other items).
📌 Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
⚠️ International delivery times may vary significantly by region. Some destinations may take up to 6 weeks due to local postal services or customs.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and products ordered.
- Some items from the same supplier may have reduced “additional item” rates; however, items from different suppliers may ship separately with additional shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- Some international or economy shipping routes may not provide full tracking visibility.
- For certain destinations, tracking may stop updating once the package reaches local customs or postal services. This is not considered lost until the maximum estimated delivery window has passed.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense or refunded partially (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
- We do not guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient (Delivered Duty Unpaid — DDU).
- Delays or refusals at customs are not grounds for a shipping refund.
Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
- If a package is lost in transit or shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at brainrot.studio22@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Proof of non-delivery (e.g., tracking screenshot) may be required to process a replacement or refund.
- Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the shipping carrier or print provider confirms non-delivery.
- We will coordinate with our print provider to arrange a replacement or refund where eligible.
Split Shipments & Origins
- Orders may ship from multiple production partners or locations, depending on product availability.
- Separate packages may arrive at different times.
Undeliverable / Refused Shipments
- Customers are responsible for accepting delivery.
- Packages refused by the recipient or deemed undeliverable will either be:
- Re-shipped (additional charges may apply), or
- Refunded in part (excluding the original shipping costs).
Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier limitations, we cannot ship to certain countries or regions, including but not limited to:
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region, and other locations restricted by carriers.
Orders placed to restricted destinations will be canceled and refunded.
Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or global supply chain disruptions.
